Almost experimental represents simplicity, modesty and aesthetic. An opportunity to try something new, to experiment with taste and foods preserving our own attitude as methods. We do not like to give a complete recipe, it would be too restrictive, on the contrary, we would like to present an opportunity to investigate something new, an insight as well as inspiration with few ingredients.
